Utility assistance is income based. Please see income guidelines.

Please make sure you bring a current South Carolina driver's license, or SC picture ID, social security cards for all household members and income for all individuals in the household who are 18 and older for the past 30 days (i.e. earned income, SSI, Social Security, Pension, Disability, Unemployment). If there is no income, please complete an unemployment claim on the SC unemployment website (at least 24hrs in advance).

For non-Dominion Energy customers. Please bring your last two light bills, payment history, billing history and current balance.
