We will begin giving out applications on tomorrow, April 1st for assistance. Please check our website for your local county office address if you live outside of Richland County. Offices open at 8:30am.

For Richland County, applications will ONLY be giving out at our Harden Street location. The address is 1915 Harden Street Columbia, SC 29204.
